Who is this Dr. Eight (Lifesong)? Offering her unsolicited advice and insight to a forum that is now clearly populated by sock puppets? And has been linked to sociopathcommunity, despite her denials. Why is she posting on Psychforums and so “well known” to the old members and very much part of the absurdity that was Mental-Health-Group.com ( by invite only ) Which was orchestrated by banning members repeatedly from psychforums without rules being broken?

Based on her actions as well the experience outlined here, Dr. Clarfield (57 yrs old) needs to be examined for other activities. Her appearance and blind eyes approach to the age of the people that arrive and post at PF not withstanding. One was merely 14 years old and it was known. He is autistic, and was groomed to be a ‘Loli.’  For some strange reasons, those that were on the ‘forum’ seemed to not notice? And to state anything about the mess of it, you were shouted down. Apparently her “friend” billyb (Nathan Hemingway)(44 yrs old) “remembered” who she was when his own information and predilection for jailbait was made known. Shortly thereafter, his pictures were dropped off on SC, and then any pictures from his sites were rapidly taken down. Prior to that, he professed to have no idea what Psychforums was, or who Eight was, then all of a sudden, she was an ‘old friend.’

A little bit of internet research pulls up her qualifications as: Leslie E. Clarfield received an M.S. in psychology from Vanderbilt University and  completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at Temple University. This is all very nice, but seems to collide with her ‘stories’ of being a lawyer that was driving a Jaguar; At some point in between, she also claimed to be a heroin addict and so severely addicted that she was using an IV to stay high: And then simplified her life to follow her ‘heart.’  Becoming a more “balanced” person as it were.  At some point in time, she changed her birth name from Leslie to Alexandra for whatever reasons.

Abstract

Because contexts constitute the background of events, they are notoriously easy to ignore or take for granted. However, the constructivist, who appreciates the social and historically situated nature of the psychotherapy enterprise, considers alterations of context the most powerful form of intervention available. The focus is not on details of content, but on the framework that determines the meaning of that content. Metaphor is used to bridge gaps in experience. When a person is enabled to embrace a more inclusive context, elements that initially appeared to be in opposition can be effectively integrated. In this article, the nature of context is discussed and examples from therapeutic practice are given.

Don’t suppose that is the manner in which she ‘rationalizes’ her cash grab and lying on the internet? Supposedly, psychforums was not to have any “psychologists” on board, but was a “peer support” focused site. Seems the Admins forgot about that as well.

It is not uncommon for perversion or unethical conduct to go undetected in the sphere of psychology. All one needs to do is a basic google search to recognize how prevalent such is the case. Of course, those that are abused by psychologists are already in a difficult bind, as they may be mentally or emotionally incapacitated; to add that last nail to the coffin, an unscrupulous psychologist that breaks trust? That would be truly traumatic.

So, a lying psychologist with her sock puppets making money off of “mental health forums.” Psychforums is already known for promoting information sharing via the Admins and moderators, as well as sharing that information with other forums. So much for ‘mental health.’ You’d be best to steer well away from anything to do with psychforums or pretty much any other “mental health wellness site” and focus on making friends in the real world.

Ever so interesting. Seems that AsPD forum and the odd form of moderation there has done itself in? Wonder what brought that about?
